Staff Only Pricing

 

Staff Only Pricing is based upon a flat rate for a six hour time frame. The six hour time frame includes a four hour party with one hour set aside for both set-up and clean-up.

Staff only pricing is dependent upon the host of the event supplying all alcohol and mixers.

Pricing is subject to the amount of guests attending the event.

1 to 55 guests would generally require no more than one Staff member depending upon the requirements of the host.

56 to 100 guests we recommend two Staff members to offer your guests the best possible service.

101-200 guests we recommend up to three staff members.

Bartenders Direct offers quality Bartenders, Cocktail Servers and Wait staff.

Liquor Catering Packages

Liquor Catering Packages vary in price depending upon the needs of the host and guests.

Well packages have our less expensive liquor, Call packages have moderately priced liquor, and Premium packages have more top quality liquor.

Well Package $14.00 per head

Call Package $16.00 per head

Premium Package $18.00 per head

All packages include Vodka, Gin, Rum, Bourbon, Whisky, Tequila, Domestic beer, and Wine or Champagne. Call and Premium packages include premium beer and a greater selection of alcohol. All Liquor packages include one Bartender.

Cash Bar

We bring the alcohol, mixers, ice, garnishes, and the bar. We only require the host to pay for the rate of the Staff. Drink prices to be determined by the host and Bartenders Direct.
